I have a resting time/pause from the gym for three days now. 1, I think I need to, but also cause we finish later then we usally have for the past few weeks so I'm really tired in the evening. I'm also babysitting a dog for a few days lol.
I can't wait to come back and do some lifting and break a sweat. I also got some new training outfits, so I'm ready to go, but will wait till Friday.
