We hit the gym quiet late today as we finished just before 4pm, then Linda took the dog out, so we left around 5.30pm and got back just before 8pm.
Triceps and back felt really good today. Did the normal triceps press (both hands), push downs and for the back lat pull downs and this machine I don't know the name of, but tried some new exercises on the floor for my lower back which felt great. Really need to do them more often when doing my back.
I always finish my workout with some cardio. Today 15 min running.
